The hotel offered spacious and modern rooms at a great price, perfect for three people. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a lift for my elderly mother. The location was ideal, with easy access to the stunning monastery and war cemeteries. the hotel was conveniently situated near shops and a small shopping mall.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and we were delighted with the holiday decorations in the lobby and throughout the hotel. the staff was also very welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the free and easily accessible parking available at the premises. the location was great, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants in the area.

The lack of amenities available, particularly the absence of a restaurant on the premises. We had to order breakfast in advance and it was limited to pastries and yogurt.
